Former Oregon Ducks cheerleader Amanda Pflugrad was an internet media sensation a couple years ago. (See the pics in this post to understand why) And Amanda Pflugrad has parlayed that into a television media career. Her extreme hotness earned her a reporter/personality position for FOX Sports Arizona after graduating from Oregon. The bio on FOX’s websited describes her as a lifestyle reporter within the sports world, covering both the Arizona Cardinals, for example, while appearing with entertainment host Melissa Rivers for a “Style Showdown.”

Her role was named “Amanda in the City” as Pflugrad was a woman about town in the Phoenix area, where she focused her coverage on “charity events that both pro athletes and celebrities are involved with in the Valley.”

Now Amanda Pflugrad has a new gig.

Amanda Pflugrad is now with Total College Sports and Hulu. You can follow Amanda Pflugrad on Twitter and on Facebook (Lots of Amanda Pflugrad pictures there)

The photogenic blonde became famous three years ago thanks to Sports Illustrated’s “Cheerleader of the Week,” in which she appeared in 2008.

Katelynn Johnson is another former Oregon Duck cheerleader who landed a media job.

By the way, here’s a few more pics of Amanda Pflugrad, starting with my all-time favorite one:
